AAA New York State Criticizes State Plan To Cap Emissions Station Facilities
The New York State Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is proposing a new regulation that would cap the number of official inspection stations in any particular county of New York State. AAA New York State wrote to the DMV to oppose this plan. Click here to read our comments.
