Updated Booster Seat Law
The law changed this past November regarding requirements for who needs a booster seat in the car. Now children are required to be in a booster seat at least until they turn 8. It is also highly recommended for children who are not yet 4'9'' or 100 lbs. Click Here for more Information on New York's booster seat law.
