AAA New York State is an association whose membership includes all five New York AAA Clubs. The Association's principal mission is to act collectively on behalf of the Clubs to promote traffic safety and advocate for our 2.6 million AAA members  in the legislative,  administrative and public policy areas.

                         2008 School Poster Contest

The AAA National School Traffic Safety Poster Program and Senior High Communication Contest are conducted to encourage students to think about bicycle, motorist and pedestrian safety, as well as motor vehicle occupant protection and the hazards of mixing driving with alcohol or drugs.  Winning entries are used in national traffic safety education materials.

Thousands of entries depicting traffic slogans were submitted by students from the United States and Canada.  Each design was judged on originality, execution, visual relationship and effectiveness of communicating a traffic safety concept.
